Product Development Specialist

About the Role Tagabel is hiring a Product Development Specialist to partner closely with our Product Development Manager and help guide trim and packaging projects from a brand's initial inquiry through pre-production approval. In this role, you'll collaborate directly with apparel brands and the product development team to create accurate, production-ready proofs, contribute creative ideas and recommendations, and support communication throughout the development process. With a constant flow of new brands and projects, the work stays creative, fast-paced, and varied. No two weeks look the same. This is a hands-on opportunity within a growing company, offering meaningful ownership, direct exposure to the product development process, and strong potential for long-term growth alongside the business. Key Responsibilities Work with apparel brands to understand their needs and product requirements Design layouts in Adobe Illustrator with accurate, production-ready specifications, including color and dimensional details Communicate customer requirements clearly to our overseas development team Research clients' existing brand portfolios and create concept packages for their review Produce company collateral and presentation materials for the sales team Manage incoming samples and coordinate distribution to clients for approval Manage client approvals throughout the development process and follow up on outstanding signoffs Respond to incoming customer inquiries about active developments Handle email correspondence through Microsoft Outlook Organize and maintain project files in SharePoint Keep accurate records and timelines across multiple active projects Qualifications Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once Comfortable working in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint Reliable, proactive, and comfortable following up to keep work moving What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Direct collaboration with recognizable apparel brands A growing company with real opportunity to expand your role A small, supportive team where your work has visible impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
