Key Responsibilities

Shift Supervision: Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring all staff adhere to service standards.
Team Leadership: Support and train new staff members, promoting a collaborative team atmosphere.
Sales Maximization: Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender or server in a full-service restaurant environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
Ability to supervise a team and handle shift responsibilities effectively.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
