Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and cultivating a positive and trusting rapport with patients to facilitate an open therapeutic dialogue.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Leading individual and couple therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to promote positive behavioral changes.

• Managing ongoing patient interactions, including regular follow-ups to reassess treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously to ensure continuity of care.

• Referring clients to other specialists when needed, particularly for complex cases that require a multidisciplinary approach.

• Providing crisis intervention when required to support patients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
