Patient Experience & Scheduling Specialist
Emory Healthcare
Emory University is seeking a front desk administrative role for outpatient clinic operations. You will be the first contact for patients/parents, answer and screen calls, verify insurance, and obtain referrals as needed. You will also collect co-pays, schedule procedures, maintain accurate demographic data, and enter information into IDX/GPMS or Gerber Alley while operating standard office equipment. Occasional travel to satellite locations and light back-office support may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
