We are building the next generation of collectible experiences for fans around the world. Why This Role Matters This is not a traditional purchasing support role. The Purchasing Clerk position is an entry point into purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, and operations within one of the fastest-growing companies in sports and entertainment. You’ll work directly with experienced buyers, gain hands‑on exposure to how products are sourced, produced, tracked, and delivered at scale, and develop a foundation for long‑term growth within procurement or operations. What You'll Do Create and manage purchase orders for materials and services Support invoice processing and purchasing documentation Help track inventory, shipments, and supplier performance Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track Maintain purchasing records, costing files, and supplier databases Assist with RFQs (Request for Quotes) and sourcing support Build and update reports that help drive purchasing decisions Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies Cross-train across multiple purchasing and operational functions Support onboarding and setup for new suppliers and vendors What We're Looking For Strong Excel skills are required 2–3 years of related administrative, purchasing, operations, or analytical experience preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and follow‑up skills Naturally proactive, curious, and solutions‑oriented Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment Experience with Oracle or ERP systems is a plus Who Will Thrive Here Wants to build a long‑term career in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or operations Enjoys learning how businesses operate behind the scenes Is dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow Is looking for an opportunity where strong performance can lead to future growth opportunities Join Us At Fanatics Collectibles, you’ll work inside a growing business that sits at the center of sports fandom and collectibles culture.
