This is a W2 employee position with an hourly compensation model. All meetings are paid at an administrative hourly rate.Location: Hinsdale, Illinois with option for HybridHours: 30 minimum work hours per week, including client sessions and administrative duties.Job DutiesMaintain a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week as a full-time clinician, with a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions.Deliver high-quality, ethical clinical care in alignment with Life Insight's standards and applicable professional guidelines.Respond to client communication within 24 hours, whether received via phone, voicemail or in person.Conduct thorough client assessments and provide appropriate therapeutic services based on individual needs and treatment goals.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including intake forms, progress notes, treatment plans, termination summaries, and other required records.Stay current with licensure requirements and adhere to all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards of practice.Collaborate with other clinicians, healthcare providers, or external professionals involved in a client's care, as needed.Actively participate in group supervision, case consultation, and team meetings.Foster a collaborative, supportive team environment and contribute positively to Life Insight's practice culture.Other duties as assigned.Skills and RequirementsA Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field (required).Active Illinois licensure or eligibility to sit for licensure (e.g., PhD, PsyD, DSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, AMFT) (required).A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in a clinical settingAbility and willingness to maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week, assuming referrals are available.Availability to work at least two evenings per week and/or weekend hours based on client needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and referral partners.A genuine openness to learning, professional growth, and feedback.Self-directed and team-oriented, with a strong desire for ongoing clinical growth and a collaborative, supportive approach to working with colleagues.BenefitsCompetitive Compensation: We offer a strong compensation model, including a $1000 signing bonus delivered in your first paycheck to support you as your caseload ramps up.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off (PTO); 401(k); malpractice insurance; short- and long-term disability; life insurance; personal device reimbursement; and yes, even a Costco membership.Full Caseload Support: We actively build your caseload before your first day.
