UCAN is seeking a Clinical Manager for its UCAN Academy and High School in Chicago. The role centers on developing and implementing a trauma-informed clinical philosophy within a therapeutic day school, guiding the related services team and ensuring high standards of care. The position requires LCSW and at least 4 years post-master’s clinical experience, with strong supervision, collaboration with families, and involvement in accreditation processes.
