ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Longview, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Nights Schedule This position requires a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Job Description The Registered Nurse practices independently within a clinical setting and demonstrates the ability to manage complex patient situations. This role provides both routine and advanced nursing care, aimed at meeting the long-term goals of patient care. The RN will also work collaboratively, delegating responsibilities to other healthcare providers when necessary. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness. Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care given. Identify learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a related nursing specialty. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. RN License in the state of Texas or a compact license. Why ARMStaffing?
