Position Overview We are seeking a professional and motivated In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners throughout our service territory. This outside sales role focuses on presenting customized bath remodeling solutions, building customer relationships, and closing sales using company-provided tools and technology. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers Deliver company sales presentations using an iPad and digital sales tools Design customized bath remodeling solutions using proprietary software Present pricing and financing options to homeowners Follow up with prospective customers and close sales opportunities Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings Qualifications Prior in-home sales experience preferred Home remodeling or home improvement industry experience is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with good organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable working independently in a commission-based sales environment Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Schedule Full-time Evening and weekend availability may be required based on customer appointment schedules #J-18808-Ljbffr Bath Planet
