Overview of Position: Heiser Ford Lincoln in Glendale has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with clerical and cashier experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and who is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator is responsible for cashiering, some accounting, providing office clerical services (answering phone calls and other misc. office duties), and directing customers to appropriate departments.
