Career Pathways & Work-Based Learning Coordinator

The Cromwell Board of Education seeks a School-to-Career Coordinator to implement career-based learning for Grades 9–12. You will collaborate with high school staff, local businesses, and colleges to promote opportunities and coordinate internships, visits, and mock interviews. Responsibilities include developing a Career Exploration framework, teaching a Career Pathways course for 9th graders, and managing communications via the school website and newsletters.
