Banco Sabadell is seeking a BSA AML Transaction Monitoring Team Lead candidate to join a dynamic team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida. Essential Duties and Responsibilitie s Resolve escalated tickets from front-line bank personnel, branch managers, and back-office operators regarding transaction failures, system freezes, and account discrepancies. Log, track, and manage technical support tickets directly with core banking vendors and third-party IT providers. Own the lifecycle of internal user incidents. Track, document, and communicate progress directly to affected staff until resolution. Develop and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts alongside internal department heads for new features Conduct technical walkthroughs for internal teams on new core modules. Create and update step-by-step documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for the bank's internal wiki. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 5 years of investigative or related experience with specific emphasis on BSA/AML and/or fraud prevention at a financial institution, regulatory or law enforcement agency with prior experience in the preparation and filing of Suspicious Activity Reports. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive IT systems support experience strictly within a bank, credit union, or regulated financial institution. Temenos T24 Expertise: Direct, hands-on administration, configuration, or environment support experience with the Temenos T24 core banking platform. Financial Product Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of core retail and corporate banking products, including: Deposits, Current Accounts, and Savings modules. Retail and Commercial Lending / Credit operations. Must be fully fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
