Role: Preschool Director
Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA

Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking an experienced Center Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations 
• Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality 
• Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements 
• Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices 
• Monitor financial performance and operational goals 
• Strengthen family engagement and community relationships 
• Foster a positive culture for children, families, and team members 
• Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives 

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Director I and Director II certification required 
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred 
• Minimum 2 years of center leadership experience required 
• Strong organizational, communication, and team development skills 
• Experience supporting enrollment growth and family retention preferred 
• Passion for early childhood education and leadership
