Job Overview

Our organization is dedicated to streamlining the locum tenens process. We not only assist in finding positions that align with your preferences but also manage all logistical aspects such as credentialing, accommodation, travel arrangements, and more. Focus on patient care while we take care of the details.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Thursday, 7 AM - 5 PM (10-hour shifts) — 4 days a week
• Occasional weekend on-call duty — Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM - 7 PM (12-hour beeper call)

Responsibilities

• Manage care for 10 patients per shift — rounding on assigned individuals
• Inpatient neurosurgery responsibilities — rounding and beeper call model

Qualifications

• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in neurosurgery is required
• First assist experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Must be certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Work at a stroke-certified hospital

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $80.00 to $115.00. These figures are estimates and can vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations. The rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, on-call, and holiday work. Please consult your recruiter for more information.
