Group Air Agent Team Lead

A company is looking for a Group Air Agent - Team Lead to manage group air travel reservations and support agents in their booking tasks. Key Responsibilities Organize, book, and ticket air travel for groups, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements Act as a subject matter expert, providing support and training to agents on processes and policies Assist management with monitoring operations and managing group accounts, including contract negotiations Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least 3 years of experience in group booking and ticketing, with complex international experience preferred Strong knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Sabre, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience in contracting and issuing block space is preferred Ability to work remotely and meet home-office requirements
