Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join our Tampa office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated litigator on an expedited track to partnership within approximately one year. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil defense experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently. Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of civil defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Oversee associates and provide mentorship and guidance on case management and litigation techniques
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and co-counsel
• Participate in business development and firm growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Civil litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, general liability, medical malpractice, construction defect
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success handling cases independently
• Excellent communication, analytical, and trial preparation skills
