Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care in a high-acuity environment.
• Maintain patient records using Meditech EMR system.
• Perform advanced monitoring using Novii, JADA, and other equipment.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans accordingly.
• Assist with cesarean sections and other obstetric procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP.
• 2+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing required.
• Competency in SVE and C-Section circulation.
• Experience with EFM and internal monitor placement preferred.
• Previous experience in a Level IV unit is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
