Recruiter

We are partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a Recruiter. The Recruiter will provide recruiting and HR support for positions including clinical, laboratory, research academic faculty, and administrative roles. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, conduct screening, and support the employee lifecycle.

• Manage and support recruitment activities for clinical, laboratory, research, academic faculty, and administrative positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and division leadership to understand current and anticipated workforce needs.
• Develop position-specific recruitment and sourcing strategies based on the role, candidate market, required qualifications, and anticipated recruitment challenges.
• Proactively identify and engage prospective candidate, develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialized, difficult-to-fill, high-volume, and recurring positions.
• Review applications, resumes, and CVs. Conduct initial candidate screening interviews to assess relevant experience, qualifications, communication skills, interest, and overall alignment with the position.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, faculty, leadership, and other stakeholders and support hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a professional and responsive candidate experience.
• Initiate, track, and distribute reference reports and other required candidate assessments to hiring managers.
• Coordinate departmental onboarding activities for new hires in partnership with hiring managers, HR, and other applicable teams.
• Coordinate Day 1 logistics and ensure new employees and hiring managers have the information, schedules, and resources necessary for a successful start.
• Serve as a point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process and help facilitate a smooth transition into the division.
• Assist with employee changes, including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, position changes, and other personnel actions, coordinating with managers and appropriate HR partners.
• Support annual and periodic HR processes, including performance evaluations, merit activities, employee documentation, and other workforce initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, retention, recognition, and employee experience initiatives.
• Support employee departures and offboarding activities, including coordinating required documentation, exit processes, and transition activities.
• Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and other departmental priorities.
• Perform other related administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• 3+ yrs experience in recruitment or human resources
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

• Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, higher education, life sciences, scientific research, or a similarly complex professional environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families, particularly clinical, laboratory/scientific, research, academic faculty, and administrative positions.
