Staff Software Engineer — Experimentation Platform Lead
Headway
Headway is building a new mental healthcare system, using software to empower patients and therapists. We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own how Headway runs experiments across many teams, shaping product discovery and operational reliability.
You will be responsible for the platform that enables hundreds of experiments, guiding how providers are onboarded and how clinical outcomes data is collected. Join a mission-driven, fast-learning team.
