Role Description

Oportunidade: Analista de Governança de Identidades (IAM/IGA) – SailPoint

Executar e apoiar campanhas periódicas de certificação e revisão de acessos (Access Attestation), incluindo monitoramento, acompanhamento de stakeholders e controle das remediações necessárias.
Analisar dados de acessos e identidades para identificar:
- Contas inativas ou obsoletas;
- Acessos indevidos;
- Anomalias de permissões;
- Falhas de segregação;
- Ausência de responsáveis por acessos ou grupos.
Realizar o onboarding de novas aplicações e grupos na plataforma de Governança de Identidades (IGA), em conjunto com proprietários de aplicações e certificadores.
Elaborar e manter documentação de processos, evidências e controles relacionados à governança de acessos.
Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo evidências e documentação necessária.
Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Segurança, Infraestrutura, Operações e donos de aplicações para resolução de problemas relacionados à gestão de acessos.
Contribuir para iniciativas de automação e melhoria contínua utilizando ferramentas como PowerShell, Power Automate e soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial.
Acompanhar indicadores, métricas e relatórios relacionados à Governança de Identidades e Acessos.

Qualifications

Entre 2 e 4 anos de experiência prática em:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM);
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA);
- Segurança da Informação;
- Governança de Acessos;
- Operações de TI relacionadas à gestão de identidades.
Experiência com plataformas de Governança de Identidades (IGA), preferencialmente:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ);
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Experiência em processos de:
- Access Review;
- Access Certification;
- Recertificação de acessos.
Conhecimentos práticos em:
- Microsoft Active Directory (AD);
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Capacidade de analisar grandes volumes de dados utilizando Excel.
Experiência na identificação de tendências, inconsistências e riscos relacionados a acessos.
Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
Capacidade de atuar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente mantendo organização e atenção aos detalhes.

Requirements

Conhecimento em PowerShell para automação de análises e geração de relatórios.
Experiência com ServiceNow para gestão de chamados e requisições.
Vivência em auditorias e processos de compliance relacionados à gestão de acessos.
Conhecimento em:
- Splunk;
- SharePoint;
- Power Automate.
Experiência com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas a:
- Automação de processos;
- Geração de documentação;
- Criação de relatórios;
- Análise de dados.
