The MSP Platform Coordinator is assigned to the Director of Operations VSecure. The MSPPC position is responsible for participating in vendor relationships, customer third party contract renewals and assisting in the successful support of VSecure customers.

What You'll Do 

• Performs presales DarkWeb scans for presales reconnaissance for new customer prospects.
• Coordinate presales technical evaluations of customer environments with tools like Rapid Fire Tools or other products to obtain a better understanding of the environment being quoted.
• Maintains consistent communication with designated point of contacts on all assigned Projects and Installs.
• Prepare and quote third party service and support agreements in a timely manner.
• Participates in a team-focused learning events.
• Serves as Level 2 Interface for User Awareness programs.
• Documents ticket resolution in ticketing system to account for accurate time worked.
• Works assigned tasks/tickets/projects from the portal.
• Review licenses with vendors and customers for renewals
• Assist in Helpdesk dispatching
• Salesforce Data Management
• Works with partner companies/vendors to deploy, repair, or offer solutions.
• Participates in training opportunities as assigned by Director of Operations. 
• Participates in meetings, internal or customer-facing, as assigned by Director of Operations.
• AI integrations
• Vendor management
• MSP Contract renewals

What You Have 

• 4+ years experience within the IT field.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to maintain industry certifications is a must.

  Preferred Education and Experience

  • Strong understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Strong understanding of the platforms, products and services offered by VSecure.
  • Experience with Office365 deployment and support.
  • Certification in Net+.
  • Certification in NSE 4 or above.
