Our menus reflect this attention to bringing nutritious, delicious food to those who need it most.Position OverviewThe Multi-Site Manager oversees daily operations across multiple enterprise workplace dining locations, ensuring consistent execution, team performance, and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for driving operational standards, developing site-level leadership, and coordinating across functions to deliver a seamless dining experience at every location.This is a hands-on leadership role that requires regular travel between sites and combines operational oversight, people management, and strategic problem-solving.We are looking for a candidate who is a strong operator and people leader with a track record of managing high-performing teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating the day-to-day challenges of multi-site food service while keeping the bigger picture in focus.ResponsibilitiesMulti-Site Operations (35%)Oversee daily operations across multiple enterprise workplace dining locations, ensuring each site meets company standards, performance targets, and operational proceduresTravel regularly between sites to maintain visibility, assess execution, and address issues in real timeDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and consistency across all locationsEnsure all sites comply with company policies, food safety regulations, and industry standardsIdentify and mitigate operational risks related to staffing, safety, or service deliveryTeam Leadership & Development (30%)Manage, train, and mentor site leads and their teams to ensure smooth operations and professional growthConduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and implement development plansLead problem-solving efforts, coach team members through conflicts, and guide underperforming employees with structured support including training sessions and one-on-onesEnsure the execution of quality, timely performance reviews across all locationsClient Service & Guest Experience (15%)Ensure high levels of client and guest satisfaction across all locations, partnering with site managers to address concerns proactivelyMonitor and improve the guest experience by implementing feedback loops and conducting regular service evaluationsServe as a point of escalation for client issues that require multi-site coordination or senior attentionReporting & Performance Analysis (10%)Prepare reports on operational performance, financial health, and client feedback for senior managementUse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across sitesTrack and report on key operational KPIs to support continuous improvementSite Launches & Special Projects (10%)Lead or support the opening of new locations, renovations, or service expansionsCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project executionAssume additional responsibilities as needed to support business priorities and ensure successful execution across all sitesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in food service, hospitality, or workplace dining operations, with at least 2 years managing multiple locationsProven experience leading, developing, and holding teams accountable across distributed sitesStrong understanding of food safety regulations, operational compliance, and quality standardsProficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with project management and communication tools (Asana and Slack preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands across locationsWillingness to travel regularly between sites in the NYC metro areaA commitment to personal accountability and continuous learningPreferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise workplace dining or corporate food serviceExperience with new site launches or operational expansionsFamiliarity with inventory, scheduling, or operational reporting systemsPassion for local food, nutrition, and building a more sustainable food systemKey CompetenciesOperational leadership across multiple locationsTeam development and accountabilityProblem-solving and adaptabilityClear and proactive communicationHospitality mindsetRole DetailsTitle: Multi-Site ManagerJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday through Friday.
