TrussPoint Roofing and Exteriors is growing its portfolio of roofing and exterior services businesses through acquisitions and new market expansion. We’re seeking a hands-on operations leader to open new locations, strengthen developing branches, and build a repeatable process for expansion.

You’ll lead everything from market evaluation and facility setup to hiring, launch execution, and daily operations until each location is ready to transition to an Area President. Your initial focus will include newer locations in Iowa and Massachusetts.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate markets and develop launch plans, budgets, and business cases.
• Coordinate site selection, leases, facility setup, vendors, systems, and compliance readiness.
• Partner with HR and operating leaders to hire and train local teams.
• Work with sales and marketing leaders to establish lead generation and sales processes.
• Provide hands-on leadership to improve branch execution, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Track costs, cash flow, and operating performance, resolving issues as they arise.
• Create a greenfield operating playbook and coordinate launches across corporate and local teams.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, home services, construction, field services, franchising, or multi-location businesses.
• Proven experience launching and operating new branches, markets, or business units.
• Strong budgeting, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• A practical, entrepreneurial approach and willingness to spend substantial time in the field.
• Ability to work from the Brentwood office when not traveling and travel approximately 40%–75%.
• Roofing or home services experience, private equity-backed company experience, and familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar platforms are preferred. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus; practical operating experience is the priority.
