Healthcare Call Center Supervisor

Overseeing daily operations in a fully remote capacity, the Supervisor Healthcare Call Center will ensure quality customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with service level agreements while supporting and developing a healthcare-focused customer service team. Key responsibilities Supervise healthcare call center operations to maintain service excellence and operational compliance Assist representatives in resolving complex inquiries and escalate issues to leadership as needed Train and mentor team members, supporting performance management and employee development initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Preferred experience in healthcare settings such as medical offices, pharmacy, or healthcare call centers Familiarity with customer service platforms and basic computer applications Strong coaching and analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
