Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 24-hour call coverage, 7a-7a; Orientation 6/10/26, coverage starts 6/11/26 (7a) - 6/16/26 (7a) with ongoing opportunities
• Job Setting: Hospital System - Trauma Level 2
• Types of Cases: General Urology (Adult); Common hospital procedures including kidney stones, consults on CBI, stents, hematuria management, difficult catheter placements; Patient consults, transfers, consult questions; Typically 2-4 calls per night with 1-2 expected onsite call-ins; Approximately 1-5 patients per shift; Rounding required on new admissions and any inpatient who needs to be rounded on; Average onsite call-back hours: 2-4 hours per day
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
•  
• Licensure: Michigan license required (IMLC not accepted); Response time to be onsite within 20 minutes; In-house call not required

Specialty Skills

• Required: General Urology (Adult), Ureteroscopy
• Preferred: Laparoscopic surgeries, Nephrectomy
• Fellowship: 2 years
