Inside Account Representative

Driving sales and customer satisfaction, the full-time Inside Account Representative will collaborate with Executive Account Directors to provide exceptional service, manage new customer setups, and generate business opportunities remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Executive Account Directors to provide quotes and reports, supporting strategic initiatives Ensure successful onboarding of new customers while delivering outstanding service and solutions Proactively drive the sales process through appointment scheduling and effective communication of value propositions Required qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to enhance productivity Self-motivation and a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues Virtual Vocations Inc
