Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking for an apartment Maintenance Technician to fill an immediate opening at Long Pond Village Apartments. The qualified candidate will have at least two years of related experience, including assessing and making repairs from work orders, apartment turnovers, painting, cleaning, maintaining property grounds, and snow removal. Examples may include electrical and plumbing repairs that do not require the work of a specialist and repairing drywall, doors, and other building fixtures.Patches, paints, and cleans apartment interiors to specified standards and schedules.Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the apartment community and common areas.Maintenance of property exterior and grounds, including snow removal and removal of debris from grounds. Keeps walkways safe and clean. Walks grounds daily and looks for any hazards, trash, or unsightly or unsafe conditions.
