QA Engineering Manager

Leading a distributed team, the full-time salaried QA Engineering Manager will develop the QA roadmap, manage release validation, and ensure quality during enterprise rollouts in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the QA team by coaching engineers, setting expectations, and supporting their career growth Own the QA roadmap by prioritizing testing and tooling to balance release speed with reliability Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to define quality readiness and navigate deployment issues Required qualifications Proven experience managing QA engineers in a high-growth technology company Strong record of coaching and building teams that take ownership of quality Experience recreating customer environments to reproduce issues and verify fixes Ability to develop a practical QA strategy based on product and customer risks Comfort in leading discussions with stakeholders outside of engineering
