You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to our core business hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client dynamics and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to continuously evaluate and adjust treatment interventions for optimal client progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other professionals and organizations to refer clients to community resources that support their holistic well-being.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and maintain compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges and life transitions. Common areas of focus include relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma recovery. Understanding each patient's unique circumstances allows you to build trust and develop tailored therapeutic techniques that address their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• An active LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• Strong clinical skills, including experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-graduate experience working in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) management.
