Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 100% of your therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing innovative methods to engage children, teens, and families.

• Regularly assess the mental health needs of clients and collaborate with them to develop and adjust personalized treatment plans that yield optimal outcomes.
\n
• Document all client interactions thoroughly, including assessments and treatment progress notes, in accordance with our internal policies and state regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings with fellow clinicians, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the therapeutic process and improve client care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address various psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass children, teens, and young adults who are experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral challenges. By establishing therapeutic relationships and employing individualized treatment techniques, you will work towards assisting clients in developing coping strategies, improving family dynamics, and achieving personal growth. Your role is pivotal in facilitating a supportive space where clients can explore their feelings, empower themselves, and make sustainable changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or an equivalent credential.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy within a clinical setting, particularly focused on children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
