Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders and construct tailored treatment plans to address individual patient needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, either individually or in group formats, to help clients work through their challenges and monitor their progress.

• Employ evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques that promote self-awareness, coping mechanisms, and positive changes in behavior.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Twin Tower Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of issues such as relationship conflicts, mental health disorders, addiction, and trauma. Your empathetic and tailored approach will play a crucial role in facilitating healing and promoting healthier interpersonal dynamics among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices pertinent to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, preferred for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a commensurate salary, our benefits package includes:
