Work Environment\n

As a member of our remote team, you will enjoy the flexibility of a work-from-home setup that allows you to tailor your practice environment to what works best for you. We provide comprehensive administrative and clinical support to ensure you can focus entirely on client care. Your work hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility of adapting your schedule to meet your clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, form diagnostic impressions, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Provide psychotherapy services via telehealth to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families navigating complex emotional and relational challenges.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all sessions, therapy notes, and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in optional case consultations and clinical team meetings to share insights and keep abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and community resources.

• Uphold professional standards by staying informed on licensure requirements, ethical guidelines, and best practices in therapy.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and community providers to ensure a comprehensive support system for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT license in the state of California is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated clinical expertise and experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A strong capacity for both independent and collaborative work.

• Proficiency in technology, with experience in EHR platforms or a willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Divine Mercy Psychiatry offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
