If you're organized, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you!This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources or Recruiting within the contract security industry.ResponsibilitiesAssist recruiters throughout the hiring process for security officer positions.Review applications and screen candidates based on job qualifications.Contact applicants by phone, text, and email to schedule interviews.Conduct initial pre-screening interviews.Process background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment paperwork.Maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system.Respond to candidate inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Assist with job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.Support onboarding by collecting required employment documents.Perform general administrative duties to support the recruiting department.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Previous recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.Experience in the contract security industry is a plus, but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
