• Earn $90K–$130K/year based on experience and flagged hours

• $430/month lease credit toward a new Ford vehicle

• Free on-site childcare for school-aged kids: after-school care during the year and full-time in summer

• Current Ford Senior Master Certification or equivalent

• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical ability
