What You'll Do:

• Process invoices and support accounts payable activities
• Help track project-related costs and documentation
• Assist with commissions, reporting, and administrative support
• Work within company systems to manage invoices, job information, and financial data
• Support month-end processes and various accounting tasks
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Jump in where needed and help keep operations running smoothly
