Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate client records and notes
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Support insurance sales and retention efforts

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment

Licensing Requirements

• Current insurance license preferred, or
• Required to obtain an insurance license within 90 days of hire
