Description Job Title: Area Facility Supervisor Department: Operations Reports To: Area / Operations Manager / City Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Work Schedule: Required to work during normal business hours. This is an hourly position; any overtime must be pre-approved. Work Location: In-person at established facilities or parking stations Position Overview: The Area/Facility Supervisor works with the manager to ensure effective daily operations of assigned parking station(s) and/or facility(ies). Responsibilities vary according to specific site and contract needs. This role is non-exempt and hourly; therefore, overtime must be pre-approved. Key Responsibilities: Includes but is not limited to the following, as additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned: Customer Service & Professionalism: Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, subordinates, co-workers, and managers ("Treat others as you would want to be treated"). Contract & Compliance: Meet and exceed all terms and conditions of contract(s) for the location(s). Personnel Support: Assist with responsibilities related to the hiring, supervision, retention, and termination of employees. Assist with documentation of associate corrective actions, including progressive discipline, if applicable. Properly train associates in customer service, operational procedures, time card completion, and on-the-job safety. Field Audits & Revenue Collection: Conduct field audits of associates to ensure that revenue collection procedures are followed and that revenue is accurately accounted for. Safety & Standards: Ensure the operation meets all OSHA and safety standards and complies with company safety procedures. Ensure that locations maintain the proper cleanliness, signage, safety, and compliance with pertinent parking regulations by regular monitoring and taking prompt corrective action. Financial Processing: Work with the manager to process accounts payables and receivables within established guidelines. Assist with managing expenses and cash flow to minimize "loss" stations. Client & Landlord Relations: Nourish the client/customer base by establishing and maintaining consistent communication with landlords and/or property managers. Actively market for growth. Transportation & Appearance: Ensure reliable transportation to/from work location including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and insurance. Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance at all times; wear the designated uniform (if required) and display your identification badge while on duty. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position assists with supervising and training associates as assigned but does not have direct supervisory authority beyond the support functions outlined above. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Education/Experience: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). At least two to three years of related experience or training with increasing responsibility; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Language Ability: Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Able to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations. Mathematical Ability: Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers. Reasoning Ability: Able to apply common sense when performing duties and following written and oral instructions. Computer Skills: Proficient with computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (including word processing, data entry, and spreadsheets). Compensation Philosophy: We maintain broad salary ranges for our roles in order to account for variations in experience, training, skills, geographic location, and market conditions, as well as to reflect our differing products and lines of business.
