Job Description

As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Access Control in Orange, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide compassionate customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Day Time Mon 05:45 AM - 02:15 PM Wed 05:45 AM - 02:15 PM Thur 05:45 AM - 02:15 PM Sat 05:45 AM - 02:15 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, compassionate, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Assist with visitor access procedures, wayfinding, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence in a healthcare setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
