PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Duties

Provide primary health care on a routine and emergency basis.

Diagnose acute and chronic illnesses.

Develop treatment plans.

Evaluate diagnostic studies.

Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within authorized privileges.

Coordinate patient care with other team members including nursing, clerical, pharmacy, social worker, etc.

Participate in daily huddles with the team staff.
