Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.As a member of the OSCQ Human Resources team, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical role focused on driving strategic HR solutions to support senior leadership teams at the Functional and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) levels. This role is integral to aligning HR initiatives with business strategies, enabling large-scale organizational changes, and ensuring the development of high-performing teams while fostering positive employee experiences. This role will support Global Security Services, Environment, Health & Safety and Core.In this dynamic and fast-paced role, the HRBP will partner closely with both senior & executive business leaders to understand their strategic goals and operational priorities. Leveraging a deep understanding of organizational needs, the HRBP will proactively deliver HR solutions consistent with the team’s vision and mission.The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, manage projects and priorities effectively, and exercise sound judgment while collaborating across a matrixed organizational structure. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions will be key to success in this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
