If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to travel, and to bring out the best in others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!**Buckle up:** This role is hands-on engaging in-person with team members and employees at our union and non-union locations across New England - **Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire.****What You'll Do:*** **Be a People Champion:** You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from employee relations and investigations, labor relations, employee engagement, benefit questions, and problem solving. Your mission? To create a workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated. Strong knowledge in employment law is required for success in this role.* **Drive Change:** We're all about innovation and growth.
