Buckle up This role is hands‑on engaging in-person with team members and employees at our union and non‑union locations across New England — Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire. What you’ll do Be a People Champion: You are the go‑to person for all things HR, from employee relations and investigations, labor relations, employee engagement, benefit questions, and problem solving. Your mission? To create a workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated. Strong knowledge in employment law is required for success in this role. Drive Change: You’ll shape our HR strategies and drive initiatives that make a difference.
