To enhance organic brand presence, the part-time Community Growth Specialist will manage content and engagement on Reddit and Quora, focusing on creating valuable posts and building community relationships in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Research and engage in relevant conversations on Reddit and Quora Write high-quality, helpful content that aligns with community needs Manage and moderate Think Academy's subreddit, tracking performance and growth opportunities Required qualifications At least one year of experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities Excellent writing, editing, and research skills in English Strong analytical skills to understand user intent and audience needs Familiarity with Reddit culture and moderation best practices Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
