Customer & Technical Support Rep

Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer & Technical Support Rep for a full-time, direct hire, 100% remote opportunity supporting customers with account questions, online platforms, and basic technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers through incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Answer questions related to accounts, products, services, and online systems.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through clear solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and update account information as needed.
- Escalate more complex concerns to internal teams and follow through on resolutions.
- Deliver professional, patient, and helpful support during each customer interaction.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $14.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Work Location: 100% remote.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
- Hours: Consistent shifts scheduled within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Candidates must be available to work within the designated operating hours.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide customer support by phone, email, and live chat.
- Help customers navigate online systems and resolve basic technical issues.
- Accurately document interactions and update customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer concerns.

- At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment is helpful.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new technology.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dependability.
- Ability to work a consistent full-time remote schedule within operating hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous technical customer service experience.
- Experience supporting customers through live chat, email, and phone channels.
- Prior remote work experience in a customer support or call center role.
- Familiarity with online account systems, customer databases, or ticketing platforms.
