We are family-owned company with over 40years of experience. We manufacturer and distribute our own exclusive skincare line while providing facial treatments and personalized skincare consultations. Our mission is to help our customers achieve healthier, more confident skin, through exceptional products and great customer service. We are looking for someone who is organized. dependable, punctual, friendly, reliable, passionate about helping others. No experience is necessary- we provide training. We welcome applicants of all ages including seniors and individuals who were legally authorized to work in United States including those with valid employment authorizations or work visas. Must be willing to work most holidays, since they are the most busy times of the year . Position is available immediately!

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and distributors
• answer incoming calls and assist customers
• schedule appointments and process payments
• Assist with product sales and customer inquiries
• process and pack online orders
• Perform general clerk duties
• Help maintain distributor accounts and records
• Make follow up and outbound
• customer service calls
• assist with social media content creation and marketing initiatives
• Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment
• complete other duties as assigned
• Be customer ready at all times
• Acknowledge and greet all customers
• Offer friendly, prompt and courteous service to every customer
• taking over the phone orders
• telemarketing
• store hours 10am -5pm
