- Drive value-led prioritization through cost benefit analysis, focusing resources on initiatives that deliver the greatest fraud risk reduction and business value while adhering to regulatory and internal control requirements.
- Develop recurring analytics, performance assessments, and recommendations that measure fraud-control effectiveness, authentication performance, fraud trends, and operational outcomes.
- Evaluate authentication strategies, fraud-detection rules, and contact-center fraud controls through data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Support testing, implementation reviews, and post-implementation assessments of fraud-control enhancements, rule changes, and decisioning strategies.
