Innovation, Sales & Marketing Support Conduct market analyses to optimize pricing and stay ahead of trends. Collaborate on promotions and events to drive revenue growth. Engage with hotel leadership to support broader community initiatives. Qualifications Required 5+ years in progressive culinary leadership roles. Commitment to high-quality, consistent food execution. Proven experience in managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer skills and inventory management. Preferred Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in high-volume settings. Culinary degree or formal training. Expertise in menu engineering and P&L management. Experience in managing events and multi-outlet operations. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals. Adherence to safety procedures and use of slip‑resistant footwear. Total Rewards This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
