We’re hiring entry-level Production Assemblers to support manufacturing partners in the Montgomery, IL and Aurora, IL areas.
- Schedule: 2nd Shift
- Status: Full-time with weekly pay
- Compensation: $15.00 – $17.50 per hour
You arrive for second shift, check the day’s production goals, and head to your station. You’ll move between light material handling and the assembly line, packaging finished goods, checking labels, and inspecting items to be sure they meet quality standards. Throughout the shift you’ll support warehouse tasks, keep your area clean, and follow company policies and good manufacturing practices to help the team hit its targets safely and efficiently.
What you’ll do- Package a variety of products on a fast-paced production line
- Perform basic material handling and stage items for assembly
- Work on an assembly line to meet daily production goals
- Inspect products for quality before packing
- Accurately label products and cartons
- Lift and move light boxes prior to shipping
- Assist with general warehouse and production projects as needed
- Maintain a neat, safe work area and follow all procedures/GMP
- No experience required — we provide training
- Basic math skills
- Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
