Sales Specialist – Tommy's Express Car Wash

Location: All Tommy's Express Car Wash Locations in Colorado Springs

Position: Full-Time Sales Specialist

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus membership sales bonuses

Tommy's Express Car Wash is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a positive first impression.
• Work the customer service window, assisting guests with purchases, questions, and membership information.
• Promote and sell Tommy's Express Unlimited Club memberships and wash packages.
• Earn bonuses for every Unlimited Club membership sold.
• Consistently maintain a minimum 15% membership conversion rate by engaging customers and effectively communicating the value of our Unlimited Club memberships.
• Operate the Vacuum Concierge ("Vac-Con") area by assisting customers and keeping the area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing personality.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and recommending products and services.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
