• Compensation: $55,000–$70,000/year (Base + Bonuses)

• Handle inbound phone and web leads (no cold calls)
• Follow up via calls, texts, and emails
• Conduct property research and evaluations
• Build rapport with clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs
• Use CRM tools to track and nurture leads

• Base pay + performance bonuses ($55K–$70K annually)
